The SAT Consists of 2 Main Sections

01. Reading and Writing Section

The Reading and Writing Section of the SAT consists of 54 questions, divided into two modules of 27 questions each. Test-takers are allotted 32 minutes for each module, totaling 64 minutes for the entire section. This segment evaluates students' reading comprehension, grammar, and writing skills.

02. Mathematics

The Math section of the SAT comprises 44 questions, split into two modules of 22 questions each. With 35 minutes allotted for each module, students tackle a variety of mathematical concepts, contributing to a score range of 200 to 800 points.

How is the Digital SAT scored?

The SAT is scored on a scale of 200 to 800 points for each section, with a total score ranging from 400 to 1600 points. There are no penalties for incorrect answers, so test-takers can attempt all questions.

How long is the Digital SAT?

The test lasts for 2 hours and 24 minutes, with a 10-minute break following the Reading and Writing (RW) section. Students are allotted 64 minutes for the RW section and 70 minutes for the Math section.
